OLIVIA G. LEE
My name is Olivia G. Lee, and I founded Ionic Law Counsel, an estate planning practice committed to helping families protect their loved ones and to achieve their goals. I founded this firm with the intention of creating life-long relationships with my clients so that I can help families protect their legacy.
I graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in International Social Justice and a minor in Italian before obtaining my law degree as an honors student from the Regent University School of Law. While in law school, I served on the Regent University Law Review Board as Lead Articles Editor and received the highest grade in my section for Advanced Legal Research and Writing. I have also worked for three different law firms, the Hampton Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, and Regent University’s Center for Global Justice and its Civil Practice Clinic.
Currently, I am an active member of the Virginia State Bar Trusts and Estates Section, the Virginia Bar Association, WealthCounsel®, and the American Bar Association section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. I am dedicated to constantly expanding my knowledge of the law to counsel families of the best planning options.
Most importantly, I am the fur mom of a jet-fueled mini Aussie and the sassiest Singapura cat. I am passionate about volunteering for the Virginia Beach SPCA and have fostered 27 kittens and 2 puppies. I also love to be involved at my church.
